Please enable JavaScript before proceeding. To do this for Internet Explorer 5 (Windows):
  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Click the Custom Level... button.
  4. Scroll down to find the Scripting section.
  5. Find the Active Scripting section inside Scripting.
  6. Select Enable.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click OK again to close Internet Options.
  9. Explorer may need to be closed and restarted for a change to be completed.
